The people behind Enduristan are passionate endurance riders and motorbike travellers. In their extensive tours and journeys they have tested many products and the have gathered a lot of experience. They have discussed new ideas at many a campfire. The "Sandstorm“ tank bag has been developed and implemented from a great number of good ideas that came out of the initial collaboration with the product developers from Flink.

...Well Thought Out, Practical and Functional

Features and functions of the tank bag are discussed with Enduristan and checked. Under the strict eye of the developers, only the most convincing solutions can survive. The staff from Flink believes that the strength of the entire system comes from breaking a project down to its fundamentals, and implementing these in an uncompromising way.

Expandable Volume Technology

During a motorbike trip the volume requirements for loading change repeatedly and optimum assurance of loading is extremely important.
The system, which has a patent pending, enables the volume to be expanded by 30 percent using two handles.

Quick Fixing and Release

Connection modules can be applied to very different types of motorbike, enabling quick and uncomplicated fixing and release of the tank bag.

Simple to refuel

The simple fixing enables quick and simple access to the petrol tank using two clip buckles.

Shoulder Bag

Thanks to a modular carry strap, you can put the tank bag comfortably over your shoulder for shopping or a walk around the town.

Optimal Cooperation

With its proximity to the end user, Enduristan shows great creativity and inventiveness. This is the basis for outstanding ideas and solutions. Flink, with its expertise in product development and broad experience in implementation of textile products, advises and supports the young company.

Initial concepts are visualised, discussed with Enduristan and developed further. Enduristan and Flink work out the final concept together step by step as a team.

 

The concept is thought through and worked out down to the last detail.
The first sample is produced in Switzerland, accompanied by Flink’s designers. Features and ideas are checked again and corrected on the basis of the sample.

Flink develops the lettering in consultation with Enduristan. The logo and further graphics are used in the revised production documents.

The Sourcing department at Flink looks for a suitable manufacturer for the product and organises the collaboration. The conditions for a first order from a producer in China are set out together with Enduristan. Staff from Flink are there on-site to introduce the design with the manufacturer and for quality control.

The first samples are flown in by air freight for marketing and test purposes. The main delivery is shipped and arrives at the customer two months later.
