New York Times tests the Ergon BD1

Quote of the New York Times:
"...Ergon says that a ball joint connected to the pack's exoskeleton allows the unit to move independently. Mr. Hardler said it worked "as advertised," " moves with your body well" and "allows for a breeze" on your back. The padded waist belt was "really comfortable" and kept the pack "stable". The single drawback? "Little in the way of organized pockets." It was the only pack in the test available in twi sizes, for the best fit.
We thank Mr. Hardl for the flowers and advise him to also test the BD2 backpack. There are a lot of pockets...

Design asserts itself

For the Solar pioneer Solarfocus, Flink developed a smooth and elegant small battery charger. Along with this product, Solarfocus is bringing two more designs to market.
We are very pleased that our development has come out ahead of our competitors and provides most of the turnover for this portable small battery charger.

Flexible Link System proves itself in the test by MountainBIKE Magazin:

Ergon‘s back pack ...provided for an unfamiliar degree of comfort and most of all the feeling of a secure hold: it always loaded evenly, even when loaded heavily, and put very little pressure on the shoulders, and it did not slide forward even in the steepest grades, nor did it “hop” on your back when jumping. It fits. And so well, that you immediately miss it when you switch back to a normal backpack... Super.

After a successful review of the Swiss patent application, Flink has initiated its application for a world-wide patent for the innovative load bearing system. Negotiations with interested development, marketing and production partners are going very promisingly.
